1. Replacement Tailpipe Kit - Consists of (1) Turbulator Ring, (2) Flange Gaskets, (1) "U" Shaped Hose with (2) Hose Clamps. A kit is provided with every Gil Tailpipe. Individual parts can be purchased separately.
2. Manifold Spacer Kit - Provides additional manifold to valve cover clearance needed for tall valve covers. (3/8") Spacer provides (.265") additional clearance. (1/2") Spacer provides (.354") additional clearance. Each kit contains (2) Spacers and (4) Gaskets. Extra long manifold bolts sold separately.
3. Tailpipe Wedge Kit - Wedges are designed to change Tailpipe angle if pipes and transom holes are not properly aligned. Each kit contains (2) Wedges, (4) Gaskets and (4) Tall Studs.
4. Replacement "Y" Style Water Fitting - Required for most Gil installations on older MerCruiser engines, except Hi-Performance and EFI. The fitting connects the thermostat discharge and by-pass to assure continuous water flow through Gil Manifolds. Provided with all Gil Exhaust Systems, except EFI Series.
