To enhance the performance of your new Gil Exhaust System, you may want to take advantage of new H.O. cylinder heads available from G.M. for your Big Block.

These new High-Performance cast iron heads are available for "Gen. V" Big block V8's as G.M. part number 14096801. These heads are specifically designed for the Gen. V Big Block introduced in 1991. This assembly is used with the H.O. 7.4 Liter (454 c.i.) and H.O. 8.2 Liter (502 c.i.) engines.

The head has rectangular intake ports, 118cc open-style combustion chambers, 2.18-inch. diameter intake valves, and 1.88-inch. exhaust. Heads are completely assembled with valve springs and retainers.
